These appointments are a complimentary service provided for you to ask questions, voice concerns and learn more about what we can do for you.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your appointment with us, please notify us at least 24 hours in advanced. The appointment amount is non-refundable in the case of a "no call-no show" or if we are not notified of cancellation before the 24 hour mark. A full refund will be issued so long as this policy is understood and upheld, or under certain circumstances where an emergency situation takes place. If this is the case, please reach out to us! We are more than happy to accommodate you! We can always reschedule your appointment out if you would like, but you will not be refunded.
